PharmBiologic Solutions, LLC, Custom Sanitary Stainless Steel Filter Housings are specifically designed for liquid and air/gas filtration applications in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. All housings are made to our customers unique specifications. Most common designs are: T-Style (for liquid applications) or In-Line (for air/vent applications). Vents, drains, and gauge ports can be Tri-Clover connections or Welded Sanitary Valves. All Custom Sanitary Stainless Steel Filter Housings have machined 222 or 226 connections with removable seat plates. Available Surface finishes are Electropolished with Interior Ra<20µin (0.4 µm) and Exterior Ra<32µin (0.8 µm). Typical applications for Sanitary Housings are API’s , Parenterals, Sterile air, Serums, Cell Culture Media and Fermentation. All housings are manufactured in an certified ISO 9001:2008 facility. Custom Sanitary Stainless Steel Filter Housings can be made to ASME Code or CE Mark standards.
